SILENT AUCTION

HMA will once again host a Silent Auction. Board member Kathleen Wissinger has agreed to take on the task of planning this annual fundraiser, and she shares the following:
A Note from Kath:
Coordinate a Group Donation to the Pinnacle Silent Auction
Gather up the ringers in your choir at church, your ringers in a community ensemble, your school ringers, the Members of the Board of your non-profit, the Officers of your Area’s Board, or a consortium of friends locally or from around the world! Decide on a theme or a focus – and then let them go to it…a basket of local delicacies, craft items or goodies from each person, a collection of unused percussion instruments or mallets, a selection of talents shared, a trip or experience, even sets of music you no longer need.
We all know it takes a village to get a lot of things done….and, in this case, you can call on your village to support the good work of HMA while connecting with each other.
News Flash!! There are three ways you can donate an item to the Silent Auction, and you may donate different items through each method!
1. You may bring your items to Wichita when you come to Pinnacle (this is preferred if you are attending).
2. You may ship your item to Wichita in advance (See the Silent Auction Donation Form for he mailing address).
3. You may list your item on the online Silent Auction and coordinate delivery with the winning bidder.
We are tracking auction donations via a brief online form. Please complete one form per item.
As always, your donations to HMA show your support for handbells in the greater world, and for the work our organizations does in promoting and demonstrating the worth of ringing in all aspects of life! Every single member of HMA plus everyone who is NOT a member (and that’s a pretty big gene pool!) is invited to donate items, experiences, services and skills.
Thank you!! and you! and you!
