Program Book Advertising

This full-color book (approx. 52 pages) is distributed to each attendee and will be available online, expanding the reach of your advertising dollars. Space reservation is due by April 30, 2025, with artwork due by May 12, 2025. Provide high-resolution, camera-ready PDF via email to [email protected].

$180 – Full page, 7.75” wide x 10.25” high

$90 – Half page, 7.25” wide x 4.75” high

$70 – Quarter page, 3.5” wide x 4.75” high

Pinnacle 2025 Commemorative Pin

The Pinnacle Commemorative Pin is a collectible distributed to all attendees. The Pin Sponsor may proudly display their logo or message on the card to which the pin is affixed and your company name stamped on the back of the pin. Additional benefits include a half-page ad in the program book ($90 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and inclusion in HMA weekly emails. $1500 (Sold – Schulmerich Bells)

Lanyard

The lanyard will be distributed to all attendees. The Lanyard Sponsor may proudly display their logo on the lanyard, in addition to the Pinnacle logo. Additional benefits include a half-page ad in the program book ($90 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and inclusion in HMA weekly emails. $1000 (Sold – Grassy Meadow Music)

Handbell Commons Opening Happy Hour

Handbell Commons opens on the afternoon of July 9, 2025, with a Happy Hour where attendees may visit the exhibits and purchase drinks. Sponsor benefits include on-site signage provided by HMA, acknowledgement in the opening remarks, a full-page ad in the program book ($180 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and inclusion in HMA weekly emails. $3000 (Sold – Malmark Bellcraftsmenn)

Thursday Evening Happy Hour

On Thursday, July 10, 2025, HMA is hosting a Happy Hour after classes and prior to the evening Musician Showcase, where attendees may visit the exhibits and purchase drinks. Sponsor benefits include on-site signage provided by HMA, a half-page ad in the program book ($90 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and inclusion in HMA weekly emails. $1000 (Sold – Schulmerich Bells)

Distinctly Teen

Serve as a meal sponsor for Distinctly Teen. Benefits include on-site signage displayed in Handbell Commons and the Distinctly Teen rehearsal room (provided by HMA), full-page ad in program book ($180 value), recognition on the HMA website and social media platforms, and recognition from the stage at the Distinctly Teen concert on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Four sponsorships available. $750

Welcome Bag Advertising

Provide a flyer or other printed advertising piece to include in attendee welcome bags. Finished piece should be no larger than a standard 8.5″ x 11″ sheet. Item must be shipped to Wichita in advance of the event. Delivery instructions will be provided. There is no cost for this sponsorship, however, reservations are required and the sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with creating the item.

Welcome Bag Promotional Item

Donate a promotional item with your company name or logo to be included in the attendee welcome bag, such as notepads, pencils, pencil sharpeners, highlighters, etc. Quantity needed will be communicated by May 1, 2025. Items must be shipped to Wichita in advance of the event. Delivery instructions will be provided. There is no cost for this sponsorship, however, reservations are required and the sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with creating the item.
